Operations Manager
Danny has over 23 years experience with in the security industry, his experience include cash in transit division, senior management roles & senior officer roles in public Hospitals. Danny has a strong commitment to ensure all services are provided to not only meet but exceed our customer's requirements. Danny has proven to be an asset to our clients and company with his hands on style, commitment to service and customer satisfaction. His aim has always been to have the Security Industry regarded as professional in all aspects. Danny has a strong commitment to true customer service. Danny has developed, and is currently implementing, Customer Service strategies, including training for staff. He is responsible, together with the rest of the Senior Management Team, for ensuring regular and effective contact is made with clients and that VCPG is known for its professionalism and service.

Enzo has over 12 years of operational experience and customer service experience within the hospitality and security services industry. His experiences include extensive work at major events, retail, corporate, transport & logistic sectors and also the sensitive field of Public & Private hospitals. Enzo's high level customer service skills arise from his education and work experience with in various areas in the hospitality industry, such as prestigious 5 star hotels and gaming venues.
