VCPG have been successfully deploying and managing large volume security services for over 15 years. Our Security Officers are chosen against select criteria and undergo a stringent process, which may include police checks, literacy and numeracy testing, reference checking and probity clearance as part of our recruitment and selection criteria.

Our Security officers conduct themselves in a highly professional manner to ensure that all preventative measures are taken. This includes securing sites, limiting access, reporting abnormalities, loss prevention, and armed escorts amongst many other services.

All VCPG employees observe our company's strict code of conduct and pride themselves in displaying courtesy, alertness, integrity. All our security personel are in contact with our 24 hour operation centre which conducts hourly welfare checks for all security staff to ensure our clients receive a quality services. This also ensures VCPG complies with the OH&S obligation to our employees.
